Material Handler Specialist

Time Type: Full Time

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes. 
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order 
planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.  
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the reporting superior. 
• Perform cycle count administration. 
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments 
are completed in a timely and orderly manner.  
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely. 
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation. 
• Report to the reporting superior on all receiving non-conformances if any. 

Requirements

• Good SAP Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners etc  
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA) 
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) 
• Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively. 
• Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance. 
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
