Terminal Operator Specialist

• Responsible for overseeing the department's operations
• Business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
• Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
• Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
• Meetings with customers
• Handle day to day operational, safety and quality issues
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior

Requirements

• Approval of annual leave
• Hire and terminate staff
• Hands-on experience in storekeeping will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deal with all levels of people
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities
