Freight Forwarder (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the ongoing execution of transport services by ensuring the availability of the required fleet and optimizing vehicle utilization;
• Ensure high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and drivers;
• Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards;
• Participate in building and promoting a Lean culture;
• Operate Transport Management Systems (TMS);
• Identify the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and propose innovative solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel;
• Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and equipment;
• Accountability for actions and results;
• Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations;
• Ability to communicate information promptly, clearly, and effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field;
• Experience in the logistics industry;
• Category B driving license.
