Enhancing B2B and B2C courier services for next-level efficiency

DSV South Africa announces discontinuation of credit card and EFT payment options and what this means for you

DSV's online payment options via credit card and EFT available to non-account holding customers will be terminated at the end of September 2024.

Customers who have previously made use of credit card and EFT options, and want to continue shipping with DSV, should go to DSV ClientZone and complete the "Open an account" form.

The phasing out of the credit card and EFT service offering follows the closure of its DSV Lockers situated at Engine service stations earlier this year, and is in line with DSV Road's strategy to focus on growing B2B and B2C customer demands for the convenience of door-to-door courier services and dedicated customer lockers with a DSV account.

Additionally, the DSV Direct website (dsvdirect.co.za) will be redirected to our global site. This integration represents a strategic move to unify our digital platforms, enhancing your user experience by providing seamless access to our full range of services through a single, comprehensive website.

DSV's domestic network and reach (see graphic below) throughout South Africa is ideally suited to meeting B2B and B2C demands.
