- Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Represent DSV professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Field sales experience in the logistics industry min 3 years
- Strong commercial and office software skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excel skills such as Vlookup, Pivot Table and minör formulas
- Advanced level of English (B2 level at least)
- Experience and knowledge of products, market, and industry
- Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience
- İzmir based but willing to travel in Aegean region
