SUMMARY (of the position)The Director, Country Manager, Road, Indonesia is responsible for leading and managing the overall financial, operational, and strategic performance of the Road Division. This role drives sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and service quality while fostering a high-performing, disciplined, and motivated team culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To have responsibility for the financial and operational performance of Road division in Indonesia.
2. To plan, integrate, oversee and develop all managerial positions in Road division to achieve class and industry leading services.
3. To work with Road Global, Regional and Cluster offices in aligning Indonesia’s targets with global policies in the preferred programs, budget numbers and tariffs implementation.
4. To work with Regional office, Cluster office and Finance in developing a yearly budget and to adapt any revisions for the planning in the fiscal year.
5. Leadership role in supporting, guiding, fostering and maintaining a disciplined and motivated team that can generate value, innovation and growth and instill a sense of ownership, pride, integrity and responsibility for the team in their daily work by being vigilant in reducing consumption, costs and improving efficiency, work ethics, morale and motivation.
6. To actively manage talents in the organization to lead Road division Indonesia into a future of growth in a socially conscious, humane, environmentally responsible and financially rewarding manner that will add value to shareholders and owners of the  Company.

Education and/or Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Business Management will be an advantage.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English for interaction with Regional and Global stakeholders. 
• Additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
