The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides comprehensive administrative, executive, and analytical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Managing Director's office. The role serves as a trusted business partner by managing executive schedules, coordinating key initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, and providing business analytics insights to support strategic decision-making.
 
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and expenses.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on key initiatives and follow-ups.
  • Monitor action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and present business and P&O data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Support special projects and other tasks as assigned.
