- Execute assigned operational tasks under direct supervision in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
- Perform basic material handling activities including sorting, packing, labelling, and movement of goods.
- Support simple testing or processing steps as defined in standard workflows.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
- Accurately follow instructions and escalate abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
Requirements
- Entry-level role with no prior manufacturing or testing experience required.
- Willingness to learn through structured on-the-job training.
