We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will drive strategic business and technology initiatives across DSV GBS. The role includes managing process improvement, automation and AI-related projects that support operational excellence and business transformation.
Your responsibilities
- Coordination of selected projects across DSV GBS
- Leading and driving cross-functional projects related to process improvement, automation, digitalization and AI-enabled solutions
- Supervising the process of creating and implementing applications, databases, reports and systems
- Development of project management methodologies, standards and best practices within the department
- Supporting the identification, evaluation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business processes and employee experience
- Creating, testing and implementing tools and databases that automate processes within the company
- Improving communication and collaboration with project stakeholders across the organization
- Managing project scope, schedule, budget and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Risk management, including proactive identification, mitigation and implementation of corrective actions
- Monitoring project performance and reporting project progress to internal stakeholders
- Facilitating workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and project meetings
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and the full project lifecycle
- Experience in managing process improvement, automation, digital transformation or technology-related projects will be an advantage
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies; experience with AI-related projects, solutions or tools will be considered a strong asset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into project deliverables
- Highly analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in spoken and written English (C1)
