Lead the business implementation of EDI and API integrations for Global Accounts, ensuring successful customer onboarding, migration, and adoption of DSV's integration services. Drive standardization, support strategic integration initiatives, and act as the bridge between customers, sales, operations, and IT throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Implementations & Migrations
- Act as Business Implementation Manager for Global Accounts and strategic customer migrations.
- Own business implementation activities from requirements definition through go-live.
- Engage with customers together with Sales and IT Business Analysts to ensure successful onboarding.
- Review and approve Businedsss Requirement Documents (BRDs) to initiate integration projects.
- Coordinate implementation plans with Operations, Customers, Customer Integration Managers, the Customer Integration Office, and DSV IT.
- Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios are defined and successfully executed.
- Act as the primary business contact for operational support, troubleshooting, and advisory following go-live.
Stakeholder Management
- Align local stakeholders and ensure commitment to implementation plans.
- Drive delivery of agreed milestones, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain close collaboration with Operations, the Group Integration Office, IT teams, and Global Sales.
Integration Service Development
- Analyze existing EDI, API, and customized integration solutions and support their transition toward standardized services.
- Promote DSV's API-first strategy and guide customers and sales teams towards API adoption.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of DSV's API products and integration services.
- Educate commercial teams on the benefits and positioning of API solutions versus traditional EDI.
Strategic Initiatives
- Participate in the IT Provider strategy to strengthen collaboration with third-party integration partners.
- Support the Customer Migration Programme and the migration of key strategic customers.
- Work closely with Road Global Sales, with particular focus on Gold and Platinum customers.
Professional qualifications:
- Experience in customer implementations, business integrations, EDI, API, logistics IT, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience managing complex customer onboarding and migration projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
- Experience working with EDI standards and modern API-based integrations.
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams involving Commercial, Operations, Product, and IT departments.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into integration requirements for technical teams.
- Understanding of EDI concepts (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, CSV).
- Understanding of REST APIs, integration platforms, middleware, and data exchange concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Customer-focused and commercially aware.
- Highly structured with strong planning and project coordination skills.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a global and matrix organization.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
