Packaging your goods properly, no matter how big or small, is essential to safe and secure shipment.

Millions of packages are shipped around the world every day, including extensively across South Africa, and no matter how much care is taken, any journey can experience impacts, vibrations, temperature fluctuations and even accidental drops, all of which can pose risks to the integrity of your shipments. Proper packaging, though, can go a long way to ensuring your goods arrive in the same condition they were sent.

Prohibited items

There are items which we cannot ship, so please ensure your parcel doesn't contain any of these items:

• Precious stones or jewellery
• Works of art or other sentimental or priceless items
• Anything that costs more than R3000.00 per kilogram
• Perishable or toxic goods
• Explosives of any kind
• Animals
• Contracts or other confidential documents
• Illegal goods
