Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough testing of applications built in CRM Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and websites, across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices to ensure their functionality, usability, and performance meet specified requirements.
  • Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to effectively validate web application features, functionality, and user interfaces.
  • Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects, bugs, and issues using bug tracking systems and work closely with the development team to ensure their resolution.
  • Document and communicate test results, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, project teams, and clients.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our web-based products and services.
  • Providing step-by-step instructions and guidance to clients for utilizing our web applications effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues using a ticketing system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in applications testing, including functional testing, usability testing, performance testing, and cross-browser/cross-platform testing.
  • Experience in a support or technical support role, preferably in a software or web-based product environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web hosting platforms. (Sitecore recommended)
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), web development frameworks, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages, knowledge of Azure DevOps, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web applications.
  • Open, creative, well-organized, and proactive attitude, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Fluent English
