Working in Group IT Compliance means that you will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world on information security, as the central functions supports all regions internationally.
The position is situated in our office in Poland, Warszawa and you will be a part of the local team reporting to the Director in Group IT Compliance. Your primary responsibilities will be within the Information Security & Assurance area. The position offers interesting development opportunities and there are plenty opportunities to take on more responsibility as you will be part of an incredible team that works across multiple disciplines within IT Compliance & Assurance.
Your responsibilities:
You will be a key player on customer communication in regard to IT & Cybersecurity, both through questionnaires, contract reviews. You will have close corporation with Compliance & IT specialist in matters of IT & Cybersecurity. This requires you to use your knowledge on Information security & IT Governance, when communicating to our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support responses to customer questions, assess contracts and support tender processes to enable the way we explain information security
- Assist with ad hoc tasks, e.g. internal compliance reviews, updating of the risk assessment and annual assurance plan
- Report on progress/follow up on agreed mitigating tasks in term of IT security to management
- Daily operation and business support related to our IT Security
Our expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Technical or auditing IT background using ISO-27001 or a similar information security framework
- Excellent communication skills (highly fluent in English is a must verbal as well as in writing)
- Interests within IT Security, IT Compliance, Cybersecurity, or IT Governance
- Familiar with contracts and legal terms
- Master PowerPoint and Excel especially, etc.) superuser
- Highly independent and self-motivated and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Structured with a keen sense for details and quality
- Creative and good with data and numbers
