Your responsibilities:
- Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within DSV ISS
- Work with operations teams and drive process improvements that quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service
- Track and report continuous improvement project and initiatives
- Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program
- Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by DSV ISS and support in their implementation
Our requirements:
- Experience in working in an international environment supported by a minimum of 2 years of professional practice
- Experience in describing business process
- High proficiency in communicating in English (at least B2)
- Completed training from Lean: Yellow/Grean Belt
- Good organization skills
