SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Assistant, Technical Supplier Enablement is responsible with the enablement and onboarding of suppliers within DSV IMS systems. The position requires the Supplier Enablement Specialist to manage all enablement activities of suppliers to the COUPA platform globally. The expected outcome is to ensure 100% enablement into the platform, meeting defined onboarding milestones and deadlines. Supplier enablement through Coupa will allow for electronic POs, invoices, supplier advanced shipment notices, order confirmations and catalogs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical supplier enablement communication, meetings, and all associated supplier enablement tasks to completion.
- Work with the supplier enablement strategy leadership team to execute to set technical enablement strategy. Adjust to any strategy changes as needed.
- Manage the successful technical enablement of cXML, SFTP, hosted and punch-out connections.
- Coordinate with the supplier enablement specialist, vendor enablement meetings with global suppliers and time zones to get them enabled.
- Influence suppliers to adopt the platform.
- Plan out supplier enablement journey for all applicable suppliers
- Manage supplier enablement test activities and thoroughly document status to completion.
- Conduct daily follow-ups of supplier responses, including issues ensuring resolution.
- Support and facilitate supplier inquiries that are escalated for technical enablement advisement.
- Effectively escalate status and roadblocks to the supplier enablement leadership.
- Runs reports and exports to excel from ERP system. Reviews and analyzes data and responds accordingly.
- Coordinate with all IMS departments and supplier as necessary to ensure proper platform configurations.
- Provides technical assistance to supplier within the platfrom
- Works in a team environment requiring regular interaction with Managers, Site Leads, Inventory Planners, IT, and Finance to complete assigned supply chain tasks.
- Supports KPI management and reporting.
- Assist with invoice, purchase order, and buy channel enablement activities as needed.
- Assist with technical training and documentation as needed

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
- High school Diploma, certifications or college degree in related
- 2 or more years of Industry experience in a direct or cross functional capacity

- Effective oral & written communications skills
- High adaptability to dynamic strategic goals
- Strong customer service, vendor relations and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to perform with minimal supervision.

- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated proficiency in Excel (Able to work with pivot tables, use lookup formulas, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- One year Purchasing Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is also desirable

For this position, the expected base pay is: $24.50-33.25 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
