- Ensure the adherence to BU standards, warehouse cross dock service and processes
- Responsible for assigned Special Accounts operations and support across assigned functions
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction, continuously focus on identifying and meeting customer current and future needs, and is willing to adapt own activities / procedures, to establish a successful long-term business partnership with internal and external customers
- For both subcontractor and customer ,analyze and communicate key performance metrics and make corrective actions if necessary
- Assist to implement subcontractor evaluation methodology with BU Subcontractor Management
- Assist to improve cost control for all Special Accounts activities consistently
- Support internal and external coordination assigned by supervisor and department manager
- Achieve personal KPIs
- Other ad hoc issues as assigned by supervisor and department manager
- To be responsible for billing , invoice statement to customer and payment to subcontractor.
