Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Prowadzenie warsztatów operacyjnych z klientem/oddziałem
- Prowadzenie dokumentacji projektowej
- Uczestniczenie w mapowaniu i testowanie wiadomości EDI między CargoWRITE a Klientem
- Konfiguracja Klienta w WMS CargoWRITE
- Planowanie, tworzenie i monitorowanie Service Requests w oparciu o potrzeby konfiguracji
- Walidacja Service Requests w środowisku przedprodukcyjnym i produkcyjnym
- Organizacja i przeprowadzenie User Acceptance Tests wraz z biznesem (końcowymi userami Service Request)
- Wsparcie wdrożenia Klienta do WMS i hyper care po wdrożeniu (troubleshooting)
- Możliwe wyjazdy za granicę
- Prowadzenie szkoleń
Nasze wymagania:
- Doświadczenie z Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS lub innym WMS
- Doświadczenie w tworzeniu konfiguracji systemowych, w tym testowanie, wdrażanie i dokumentowanie
- Rozumienie specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i umiejętność przetłumaczenia ich na rozwiązanie w WMS
- Umiejętności analityczne i znajomość technik do oceny, interpretacji i rozwiązywania złożonych problemów
- Znajomość i doświadczenie z SQL i PL/SQL (mile widziane)
