JOB DUTIES
- Manage shipment plan as based on Customer data planner
- Do communication with Customer destination / market
- Prepare forecast booking arrangement
- Process booking submission
- Do coordination with warehouse team for stuffing
- Do export document checking such as BL and other document as required for export
- Manage stuffing plan
- Generate final SI, Commercial Invoice and Packing List based on actual loading
- Submit shipment weekly report
- Do data update and upload to the transport management system as required
- All relevant duties assigned by Superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education background minimum Bachelor Degree from Sea Transportation Management or any major
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Sea Freight Export operation, Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Having a good understanding of Sea Freight Export shipment flow and procedure
- English Fluency both in writing and speaking
- Computer Literacy (Strong working knowledge for Microsoft office application and strong excel reporting skill)
- Able to work under pressure with time sensitive
- Has all technical competencies that required by the position
