YOUR TASKS
- Leading the process of onboarding new clients (EDI) into corporate systems (requirements analysis, planning, testing, go-live).
- Coordinating activities between IT, operations and sales teams.
- Verifying the accuracy of data and configurations in systems prior to go-live.
- Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting with fault resolution.
- Monitoring the status of implementations and reporting progress to management and project stakeholders.
- Supporting clients during the initial phase of system use – Hypercare.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Knowledge of the TSL sector.
- Experience in EDI implementations or working with B2B clients.
- Knowledge of the EDIFACT standard, REST API and SOAP.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Experience of working with TMS systems would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of English.
- Ability to work independently, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
