- Co-ordinate with operations on all order fulfillment and related issues.
- Co-ordinate with forwarders on the import / export shipment booking and local deliveries.
- Prepare relevant shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
- Organize cargo release to the appointed transporter/ forwarder.
- Ensure timely reports and accurate data processing.
- Handle systems transactions in warehouse management systems.
- Responsible for physical receiving and outbound processing when necessary.
- To assist in the annual stock-take of the customers.
- To perform cycle counts if required.
- To carry out value added services of customers
- To ensure Documents are properly kept.
- Print picking orders for day to day orders.
- Check stocks if there is any complaints from importers.
- Ensure SAP & WMS transaction is complete.
