Qualifications:
- Preferably with work experience in a multinational freight forwarding company
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Operational industry experience in a similar capacity
- Good command of English language
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents
- Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality
- Ensure that all created files are sent through
- Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time
- Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices
- File archiving
- Reply emails and queries from DSV offices and clients in a timely and effective manner
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
