General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• This position is responsible for supervising road business operations.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Lead a road planning team of subordinates to follow SOP
• Manage routing design of pickup/ delivery
• Be responsible for order consolidation, loading planning and truck planning
• Provide timely response to customer’s normal and urgent orders
• Monitor and record service provider’s performance
• Organize and provide regular training to service providers on safety driving, security management, cargo loading/unloading, procedure management, product specialty, etc
• Organize and conduct regular on site audit and spot check with service providers to ensure continuous improvement on service and quality
• Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
• Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, service provider, customers’ suppliers and relevant if required

Job Requirements 任职资格

Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验

• Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience on transportation operation, truck planning or related

• Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong calculation capability, optimization sense
• Be familiar with main road/traffic condition in GC and know well about local transportation regulation

• Good MS office in Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoke
