You will have responsibilities such as:

Customer Service:

• First point of contact to Chinese Customers’ Logistics Departments
• Be a link between Customer and DSV Operational Team, supporting the daily operational flows
• Act as an escalation point for Chinese customers
• Ensures correct information/communication flow between Customers and internal stakeholders (eg.: problem solving / claims)
• Supports fast resolution of invoicing issues / cash collection

Business development:

• Establish a strong network within DSV: with key operational and commercial contacts in Hungary and China
• Establish relationship with Chinese accounts, both in Hungary and China
• Build a pipeline with these accounts: air, sea, customs (additionally road or even warehousing)
• Work out solutions and present those to potential customers
• Support pricing/RFQ processes
• Document all activities in MS Dynamics
• Implement new businesses
• Act as account manager for customers with new businesses

You are a potential candidate, if you have:

• Fluent knowledge of Chinese and English
• Minimum 3-4 years of Customer Service and Sales experience in freight forwarding,
• Strong commercial focus, customer oriented
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation
