- To manage and supervise day to day 3PL warehousing & distribution activities with assigned logistics clients
- To lead staff to meet with the standard operating procedures of our clients
- To plan and control the activities of staff to achieve a high standard of client service and operational efficiency
- To manage the safety and security of the logistics work place
- To plan necessary manpower and operational requirements within budget
- To prepare cost proposal / quotation for contract logistics’ existing and potential clients
- To develop SOP and work process as well Continuous Improvement plan for the existing and new clients
- To monitor the performance of sub-contractors to ensure both company and clients’ requirements are met
- To control the logistics warehouse cost within the given budget
