Who are we?
We work in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across Global IT and the business. You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, part of Enterprise Integrations within Global IT. We currently have over 290 colleagues worldwide but are rapidly expanding to double our size in relation to the current M&A activities. This spans disciplines such as process optimisation, stakeholder management, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

Your responsibilities
As Business Relationship Manager, you will bridge business objectives and IT services, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value and support strategic goals. Additionally, you foster strong communication and collaboration with the business as well as across Global IT departments. Your contributions will include, but are not limited to:
- Business Engagement and Communication: Act as the voice of the business, facilitating transparent communication and handling strategic escalations. Manage stakeholder relations with upper management as well as other teams within the organisation. Create and promote toolboxes and templates like strategic and tactical roadmaps.
- Strategy and Governance: Define governance models and conduct assessments to understand challenges and propose solutions. Improving governance and transparency between DSV business and IT.
- M&A Integration: Ensure M&A readiness by creating and executing relevant frameworks as well as driving parts of the M&A integrations.
- Roadmap Ownership: Drive the roadmap process for key applications and develop strategic roadmap templates.
- Vendor Selection: Ensure compliance with governance models and involve relevant IT personnel for smooth onboarding of selected applications.
- Financial Management: Manage and monitor budgets, project mobilization, and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Identify and analyze data, spot dependencies and prerequisites, and present executive summaries with actionable recommendations for improvements.
Besides the above activities, you will prepare clear information and communication to relevant stakeholders to align demands, set expectations and create transparency. You will do ad-hoc reporting and manage KPIs and handle critical ad-hoc tasks and escalations.

As such, you are devoted and happy to work with certain repetitive aspects of business partnering, including making presentations and working on business analysis on a regular basis.

Your qualifications
- +5 years of experience in a larger IT organisation and demonstrated familiarity with project management, business partnering, or similar.
- Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or similar.
- Knowledge of IT process optimization and familiar with IT service delivery and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and possibly Power BI for data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
