Do you want to influence strategic decisions and shape the future of DSV's IT procurement activities? 

As an IT Procurement Manager in DSV, you will have a significant mandate and direct access to top management. You will also get to work with some of the largest IT companies in the world and advise our IT management on how to set the bar for our IT procurement activities even higher in the future. 

Join one of the world's largest transport and logistics companies 

You will work on location at our headquarters in Hedehusene, where you will become an integral part of the IT Procurement team within Group Procurement. We are responsible for driving strategic IT procurement initiatives for DSV globally.

Use your networking skills and commercial savviness

Your key objective will be cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with leading IT stakeholders and suppliers, driving substantial value for our business. You will also challenge our IT department on projects and investments to ensure our commercial interests are always protected. 

Among your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead RFx processes for strategic IT projects 
• Participate in regular meetings with IT VPs, CIO and key IT suppliers
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, cloud services and telecommunications to optimise cost, quality and overall delivery 
• Enhance procurement processes to secure strong negotiation positions
• Develop and maintain categories and contracts with strategic enterprise vendors 

Additionally, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures and fostering a collaborative team environment to share best practices and drive continuous improvement. 

A strategic thinker and a proactive frontrunner  

You are a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Your clout and ability to navigate complex procurement landscapes and confidently drive negotiations will be key to your success in this role. 

Additionally, you bring: 

• Extensive experience in IT procurement 
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, processes and methodologies 
• Strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate within a global team
