You can look forward to joining Enterprise Design at DSV headquarters in Hedehusene. In this role, you will be part of a small, dynamic team that collaborates closely with colleagues across all business divisions and provides direct input to senior management.

Our objective is to translate business strategies and digital ambitions into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes by utilising business architecture thinking and methodologies.

Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders

As a Lead Business Architect, you will help connect the dots to ensure a holistic and customer-centric view on initiatives, as you serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding architectural decisions and effectively communicating key information.  

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our existing business capabilities, processes, data, systems and overall organisation. This knowledge will enable you to facilitate and build coalitions across business divisions, IT operations, marketing and finance. 

Ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives and the overall business strategy of DSV, you will:

• Lead the development of strategic initiatives from business strategy to executable roadmaps
• Translate business goals into actionable architectural plans and outcomes
• Develop and operationalise business architecture frameworks, including value stream and capability modeling
• Align business capabilities with technology and identify heatmaps with gaps and opportunities
• Clearly document architectural designs, decisions and roadmaps to provide a clear understanding for stakeholders
• Communicate progress, achievements and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

An experienced problem-solver, communicator and team player 

You excel as a team player and collaborator, showcasing excellent stakeholder management skills. With extensive experience with the principles of business architecture, you can navigate a large-scale organisation and comfortably interact with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:

• Solid experience driving digital transformation
• Extensive experience translating theoretical concepts into practical execution
• A proven ability to effectively utilise best-practice tools for business architecture
• Good business strategy understanding and IT acumen
