Systems & Processes – We digitalise our sustainability and compliance processes
At our Head Quarter in Hedehusene, you will become part of the department Systems & Processes under Group Sustainability & Compliance which spans diverse departments and +50 colleagues.
Your new department is responsible for the digital development of our Group Sustainability & Compliance organisation. As we grow to 7 members, you will work with Product Owners, Process Owners and relevant business and commercial stakeholders to drive DSV’s growth and scalability. Doing so, you will join a very collaborative environment, where we prioritise working together in the office and value the connections, we build by being present.

Support digital projects and ensure organisational improvements
As the team’s Project Specialist, you will support projects from the business side, helping to ensure smooth and successful system implementations. Working closely with our Product Owners, you will collaborate with different departments to understand needs, manage timelines, and support the roll-out of our global quality management system. By focusing on organisational change management, you will play a key role in ensuring the system is adopted and delivers improvements in efficiency and quality across our global setup.
Your key tasks will be to:
- Assist in the roll-out activities, including tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and supporting various stakeholders
- Develop and manage communication plans to ensure clear and effective messaging to stakeholders
- Support the creation and delivery of training materials to ensure successful adoption of the system
- Collaborate with departments to gather and document requirements
- Facilitate meetings and conduct appealing reporting to align stakeholders and drive progress
You understand both business processes and digital systems
Navigating the organisation, you will need to be good at working cross-functionally and at managing various business stakeholders. You always strive to deliver quality that create business value and have a structured, solution-oriented approach to the task at hand.
Moreover, we imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, project management/coordination or organisational change management
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, project management, or another/equivalent relevant field
- An interest or experience in quality management system
- Proven your ability to communicate business requirements in clear, non-technical manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
