Junior Claims Specialist with German

Your responsibilities:

• Handling all kinds of transport claims on a global scale in DSV Group. 
• Maintaining relationships with customers in Europe and all over the world. 
• Cooperation with DSV branches in Europe and all over the world as a part of Shared Service Centre. 
• Co-creation and optimization of claims handling processes. 
• Responsibility for handling customers claims and cooperating with subcontractors. 

Our requirements:

• Very good command of English (DSV corporate language), 
• Very good command of German ( at least B2), 
• MS Office knowledge, 
• Negotiation skills, ability to work under time pressure, communication and interpersonal skills.
