YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for planning and coordinating the work of the Domestic Freight and Warehouse Operations team at the Branch
• Supervising the execution of operational processes and ensuring high-quality services and appropriate resources
• Acquiring new customers and subcontractors, as well as taking care of existing ones
• Responsibility for ensuring financial goals
• Shaping good cooperation within the team and in organization
• Ensuring teamwork and good working atmosphere

• Experience in forwarding business management
• Very good knowledge of the local freight forwarding market
• Knowledge of warehouse processes 
• Experience in effective team management
• Focus on achieving ambitious goals and proposing new solutions
• Analytical approach and solving problems skills
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Knowledge of Polish and English language
