Twój zakres obowiązków:

•        Rejestracja i weryfikacja faktur.

•        Wprowadzanie danych do systemu komputerowego firmy.

•        Sprawdzanie poprawności wprowadzonych danych.

•        Współtworzenie i optymalizacja wysokiej jakości procesów w zakresie prowadzonych działań.

•        Współpraca z oddziałami firmy w Europie i na świecie, w ramach Shared Service Centre.

Nasze wymagania:

• bardzo dobrze znasz język angielski,
• posiadasz pierwsze doświadczenie w pracy w Dziale Finansowym (dodatkowy atut),
• znasz pakiet MS Office,
• umiejętność pracy w zespole, dokładność, poczucie odpowiedzialności i umiejętność nadawania priorytetów – to Twoje cechy.
