Senior Business Change Manager - Manage the business part of EDI implementation for Global Accounts

In our team you will work closely with global stakeholders, where you will become part of a journey to build & enhance our customer solutions, together with our global sales teams. We are a new team, working across multiple locations & time zones, where you will be able to impact how we work and collaborate and be part of the journey ahead of us.

 

 
Deliver road map initiatives and scalable Business Implementations

As a Business Change Manager, you will be working on projects supporting our customer integration process and other operational projects that will support our customers & operations. You will be representing global stakeholders and will interact with our largest clients thereof. You will manage the implementation on behalf of global projects & interests, in close collaboration with our local & regional teams. You will ensure together with IT, that the proper solutions will to best possible way, support our customer’s future journey with DSV, via our integrations. You will be responsible for your own projects, and work together with internal stakeholders to move ahead with further projects in the interest of enterprise strategy.

 

 

More specifically, you will:

  • Guide and drive global business implementation initiatives. 
  • Identify & align the commercial & business needs and combine with IT requirements and define the optimal set-up, for both our clients & our operations.

 

 

Process and customer management experience 

Well-versed in the art of customer needs analysis, you understand the importance of aligning customer requirements with our global operational standards, to ensure you are developing efficient processes.
 
And with your sharp mind, you are able to navigate with ease at all levels of our Air & Sea organization, just as your great operational & presentational skills will come in handy when stating your business solution proposals to customers & operations alike.

 

Moreover, you bring:     

  • A well-versed background with both operational & technical standards in CargowiseOne 
  • Knowledge and interest for the EDI layer of an integration.
  • Stakeholder management skills & project management experience
  • A strategic mindset to set the right lens for prioritization of time & projects
  • Knowledge and interest within process optimization and governance
  • Great communications skills in English
