Site Operations Coordinator, Singapore

Purpose of Position

Manage, onsite supervision and oversee activities at a specific site or location. This includes ensuring the safety, client MSOP is being followed.

Key Tasks

• Conduct onsite inspection and assessment of outer packing/crate/cargo condition at assigned project locations.

• Attend onsite crate/cargo wrapping and stuffing operations to gather data (checklists) and photos. Operation timing may be scheduled at night or during weekends and public holidays.

• Upload data and photos to the system within 24 hours.

• Make reasonable efforts to ensure the risks associated with the specified operation are minimized, with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Ensure operations comply with agreed procedures (MSOP).

• Verify that materials used by vendors conform to material certifications.

• Conduct quarterly audits with assigned vendors performing the tasks.

• Be prepared to work across different warehouse locations depending on project allocation while based primarily at Kallang Way.

Additional to above tasks

• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct policy of the DSV Group.

Experience & Education 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Possess literacy in MS Office
• Project and time management / time allocation and organizational skills
• Strong planning, analytical, customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
