ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the position• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Make recommendation base on the analysis results for operation.
• Identify area of improvements for operation.
• Lead and implement projects in order to achieve the benefits of improvement ideas.
• Support on root cause analysis and potential solutions.
• Cooperation internally and external for customer.
Key Tasks
• Identify business and functional requirements by working closely with application end-users.
• Play a key role in improving business acceptance testing of system releases for high end quality results.
• Participate in release decisions and establish measures of test coverage and system readiness for go live.
• Create and document instructional documents as it relates to new, changed or enhanced systems.
• Provide support to other departments and teams as needed to ensure successful design, testing and implementation of applications that support the various business needs.
• Analyzes existing practices and procedures to isolate areas ripe for improvement or enhancement including financial model.
• Design, implement and review operations best practice to ensure process optimization, performance, productivity, effectiveness including cost reduction.
• Project initiator and strong personality to handle various projects.
• Review and introduce mechanism, tools, methodology to enhance and reinforce continuous improvement to achieve best practice.
• Leading the path in streamlining processes, implement of new projects and initiative and change management to improve end-to-end operational performance to fulfill customer requirement.
• Gather technical and non-technical feedback and requirement from internal/external stakeholders for future improvement to be consistence with current business situation.
• Support operation issues in order to mitigate risk and bottleneck which related to on-time order delivery.
• Brainstorm and formulate effective solutions, find solution for operation team.
• Recognize promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company’s future plans.
• Support report to generate new process, tracking to operation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance to identify operation issues gap to meet the KPIs.

• Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented in IMS and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.

RequirementsFunction / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working• Basic knowledge and understanding of warehousing and distribution concepts.
• Familiar with warehousing environment at the international level.

Educational background / Work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, Engineer, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistic.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• working experiences in Logistics Project Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Project Implementation or Engineering fields.
• Good communication, Presentation skills and Negotiation skills.
Language skills
• Skills in English both verbal and written will be an advantage.
Computer Literacy
• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI.
• SAP or ERP skill will be an advantage.
• WMS skill will be an advantage.
• Access, SQL, or other database software.
