We are looking for a digitally driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across the MENA cluster. This role requires strong experience in social media, paid media, analytics, lead generation, email marketing, and campaign execution. The position will play a key role in delivering both global and regional campaigns tailored for the MENA markets, while also handling various ad hoc marketing tasks as needed.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Run and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and Display.
• Build and manage lead generation funnels and conversion journeys.
• Set up, monitor, and analyse campaign performance, including retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Prepare dashboards and provide insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Execute global and regional campaigns across all MENA markets.
• Localise global content for MENA market needs while ensuring full brand alignment.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with regional and global teams.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content publishing on social media (primary focus: LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content for posts, carousels, videos, and campaign materials.
• Gather updates, stories, and highlights from internal teams for content creation.
• Develop creative briefs for designers, videographers, and external vendors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
Email Marketing & CRM (Dynamics)
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics (newsletters, journeys, automation).
• Build segmented mailing lists and ensure accurate audience targeting.
• Track email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead assignment and follow-up in Dynamics.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and update marketing-related records.
• Support ad hoc marketing tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, or performance marketing.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics for email marketing, customer journeys, and CRM workflows.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Experience with briefing designers, videographers, or agencies.
