DSV Dubai is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator. In this position you will be the first point of contact for the customers assigned to you. You take care of daily enquiries and inform your team leader in case of problems or major requests. You are responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship: inbound, outbound, complaint handling, documentation.

Report to: Warehouse Supervisor

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming customer enquiries and keep the customer informed
- Prepare, verify, and manage shipping and customs documentation for spare parts shipments.
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling shipments and liaising with carriers and freight forwarders
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Maintain accurate records of documentation and transportation activities
- Transportation and Documentation Reporting Topics
- Customer Support Backend, Assistance in preparing customer feedback reports for management review
- Mail & Courier Handling; Scheduling outgoing shipments and courier services & Maintaining logs of courier dispatches and deliveries
Communication:
Internal – All internal teams
External – Customers, Vendors, Suppliers
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or documentation coordination, preferably in spare parts or OEM sectors
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software
- Self-managed, result driven & outgoing personality
- Customer minded, but able to make his/her customers commit to the agreements in place
- Good communicator, both towards internal departments as towards customers
- Good organization skills
- Not afraid to escalate in case of problems or important issues
- Can distinguish important issues from minor
- Ability to define requirements, analyse facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken
- Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities
