Senior Analyst
Role Overview
As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting commercial, operational, and marketing data to support strategic decision-making. The role involves developing dashboards, generating reports, and delivering insights that enhance business performance, strengthen marketing effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. In addition to analytical responsibilities, this role provides executive coordination and office management support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong, proactive, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze large datasets across commercial, operational, and marketing functions.
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and management reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Generate periodic reports and present trends, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Support the creation of marketing presentations, briefs, and performance summaries.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to align insights with business objectives.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM information, and customer segmentation reports.
- Assist in the execution of marketing tasks such as content coordination and social media support, as required.
- Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination for senior management.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Support office management tasks such as vendor coordination, document management, and general operations oversight.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education – Bachelor degree (e.g. Logistics/Transportation); a Master degree is also preferable
Work Experience – 3 to 5 years of Analyst experience in logistics industry
