DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Business Change Manager in Sydney.
The role is focused on supporting the Head of Continuous Improvement ANZ in order to deliver defined business benefits through site-focused continuous improvement programs and actions. The incumbent is required to constructively collaborate cross-functionally and where required, across Markets to deliver superior customer-centric business benefits whilst minimizing business risk.
Your typical day at DSV:
- Both LEAN and 6Sigma approaches should be deployed in line with APAC programs, frameworks and standards to deliver sustained site based Operations continuous improvement.
- Provide proactive leadership and manage day-to-day deployment of continuous improvement frameworks and initiatives, ensuring compliance with business processes.
- Drive operational excellence through initiatives focused on health & safety, 5S, visual management, performance management, and process standardization.
- Strengthen continuous improvement culture and capability while delivering programs that enhance productivity and reduce errors.
- Participate in cross-border Operations Excellence projects, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to meet strategic targets.Support business continuity planning and maintain alignment with agreed operational standards and improvement goals.
About you:
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding status reporting; work extensively with site and Operations Managers to drive continuous improvement outcomes.
- Possesses a hands-on approach, comfortable navigating ambiguities and managing priorities, able to multitask and work under time pressure.
- Excellent facilitation, moderation, and training skills; possess strong persuasive skills when presenting proposed solution(s) to customers.Strong analytical skills with good commercial and technical understanding in the context of a 3PL environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player and able to build strong rapport and credibility within the organization.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience running complex Logistics Operations in a site/Operations leadership capacity, including P&L accountability.
