DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Business Support Specialist, Logistics in Port of Brisbane.

The position is responsible for providing business support to the Contract Logistics Team, by completing data entry, analysing reports and problem solving, invoicing customers, and providing support to the BCM Team to ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor service costs and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure budget compliance.
• Manage invoicing and supplier billing accurately using CargoWise One.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Support warehouse management systems and inventory control, including stocktake preparation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with Bond 77/79 and QAP licenses and associated data.

About you:

• You bring 3+ years of experience in contract logistics (3PL), with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and financial processes.
• CargoWise One (or similar financial processing system) & WMS experience is required
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• You’re passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
