DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Inbound & Inventory Manager in AUS - Kemps Creek, Chelodina St
Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for optimising inbound workflows and maintaining high inventory accuracy? We’re looking for an Inbound & Inventory Manager to join our team and take ownership of all receiving and stock control functions within our operation.
About the Role
In this key leadership position, you will oversee all inbound logistics, receiving activities, and inventory management processes. You’ll work closely with transport providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are received accurately, stored efficiently, and tracked with precision.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing all inbound deliveries, scheduling, and receiving processes
- Leading the team responsible for unloading, checking, and put-away
- Maintaining accurate stock levels through cycle counts and investigations
- Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Optimising warehouse layout and storage methods for improved efficiency
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues
- Driving continuous improvement across inbound and inventory functions
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team to meet KPIs
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment
- Strong knowledge of inbound processes and inventory control
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Solid understanding of WMS systems and stock control principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
