DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Project Specialist, Pricing in Port of Brisbane. 

The Project Specialist supports the Commercial Manager – Projects by managing pricing requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring alignment between operational execution and commercial goals. The role plays a key part in achieving monthly and annual targets, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. It requires autonomy, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of project logistics and pricing.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Prepare and update quotations, ensuring alignment with operational changes and minimum margin expectations.
• Managing pricing requests from DSV’s global network, existing and new client opportunities covering all locations around Australia.
• Support the Projects team in achieving sales and financial targets through accurate pricing and proposal documentation.
• Liaise with clients regarding pricing and accounts receivable matters.
• Evenly manage the daily pricing requests with the Eastern Pricing Specialist and support each other as required to ensure quotes are issued ASAP .
• Maintain accurate records across pricing, commercial, and finance disciplines.
• Attend internal and external meetings to support proposal presentations and client engagement.
• Use internal systems (e.g., CW1, CRM) for quoting and data management.

About you:

• Strong team collaboration and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume pricing environment.
• Structured and proactive approach to tasks.
• Understanding of customer demands and market dynamics.
• Operational mindset with an interest in business growth and long-term career development.
• Experience working with airlines, transport companies, and shipping lines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations roles with pricing responsibilities.
