DSV Air & Sea  is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Senior Project Manager, Mining in Perth.

This role is the key link between DSV and strategic mining customers across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to grow DSV’s service offering. You’ll also support regional mining projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Customer & Account Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue while driving mutual growth with customers.
• Project & Operations: Oversee tenders and logistics operations, ensure compliance with HSE and transport regulations, and manage SOPs and performance reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, participate in business reviews, and support cross-functional initiatives.
• KPIs: Focus on gross profit growth, customer retention, timely delivery, safety compliance, and accurate reporting.
• Work Environment: Office-based role with occasional domestic/international travel; requires attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.

About you:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strategic thinking, long-term planning, and skilled in negotiation and value-based selling.
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience, including managing complex projects.
• Expertise in project management, problem-solving, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Extensive experience in international freight forwarding, project freight (mining/infrastructure), and EPC/EPCM logistics operations.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, safety culture, financial oversight, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
