DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Value Add Logistics Specialist in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road
The Value Add Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing both specialized white glove delivery services for high-tech and sensitive commodities and core warehouse logistics operations. This includes overseeing compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and QHSE standards, while also ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and trucking coordination. The role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, bridging field supervision, stakeholder engagement, and administrative excellence.
Your typical day at DSV:
- Prepare, maintain, and audit operational documentation, files, and reports
- Accompany contracted providers during white glove deliveries to ensure SOP/KPI compliance
- Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities
- Coordinate trucking, cargo movement, and warehouse workflows
- Act as the on-site representative for client-facing operations
- Record incidents, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities electronically
- Identify and implement best practices for operational efficiency
- Provide additional support in white glove deliveries when required by site team
About you:
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, and warehouse coordination —preferably in high-tech or sensitive commodities
Ability to obtain and maintain Yellow Badge security clearance
Strong understanding of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks
- Experience providing guidance or support to operational staff
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment
A current Yellow Badge security clearance must be obtained and maintained during employment. This requirement is critical to meeting operational and security obligations within sensitive freight environments.
