LCL Console Development & Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the development of DSV’s own LCL (Less-than-Container Load) console product. This role requires strong business acumen, product design expertise, and the ability to drive growth through new business procurement and close collaboration with sales and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop LCL console: Build and implement DSV’s own LCL product offering, ensuring competitiveness and scalability.

Business development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the LCL segment. Develop inter personal relation with DSV network.

Product design: Create and refine product solutions tailored to customer needs and market demands.Sales coordination: Work closely with sales and product teams to align strategies and deliver seamless customer solutions.

Performance monitoring:

Track monthly performance, analyze KPIs, and ensure targets are met.Budget & volume achievement: Drive initiatives to meet or exceed budget and volume expectations.

Candidate Profile:

Strong background in freight forwarding, particularly in LCL operations.Proven track record in business development and product management.Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance and deliver results.

Performance Metrics:

Monthly LCL console growth in terms of volume and revenue.Achievement of budget targets.Successful onboarding of new business accounts.Effective collaboration with sales and product teams.
