Move forward as Freight Forwarder Seafreight Healthcare (Export) in Antwerp

You get it done
As a Freight Forwarder within our Healthcare division, you manage and coordinate export shipments of pharmaceutical and medical products from A to Z. 
You play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and timely deliveries within highly regulated supply chains.
Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily contact with customers and proactively update them on their healthcare shipments;
  • Coordinate and follow up export shipments in the TMS system;
    Book shipments with carefully selected and qualified partners (carriers, shipping lines) in line with healthcare standards
  • Collaborate closely with customs and QA teams to ensure correct documentation and compliance (GDP, IMDG, etc.);
  • Maintain strong communication with the global DSV network for shipment announcements and quotations;
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and high data quality;
  • Apply strict compliance standards regarding safety, temperature control, and product integrity.

You bring

  • A few years of experience in freight forwarding Seafreight; 
  • Interest in or experience with healthcare logistics (GDP and temperature-controlled shipments are a plus);
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch;
  • Strong digital skills and the ability to work with systems efficiently;
  • A detail-oriented, quality-driven, and responsible mindset.
