You get it done
As a Transport Administrator, you support multiple stakeholders with accurate and timely administrative handling of shipments. 
You play a key role in ensuring that export and import shipments are processed correctly in our systems (WMS/TMS), allowing goods to move seamlessly across our network.

This position is based in a night shift (22:00 - 06:00), where you ensure continuity in our operations and support the smooth handover of transport activities. You work closely with planners, warehouse teams, drivers, and subcontractors in a dynamic logistics environment where speed, accuracy, and communication are essential.

Tasks:
•    You verify and correct shipment data based on transport documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance;
•    You prepare and manage transport documentation (CMRs, delivery notes, customs documents) so drivers depart fully equipped;
•    You monitor and adjust loading lists and communicate updates with the terminal to support efficient warehouse operations. After loading, you’ll adjust in the system to ensure the system is correct at all times;
•    You confirm shipments and send EDI messages to ensure smooth communication across the supply chain;
•    You register and track transport events and discrepancies, proactively informing the supervisor when issues arise;
•    You provide clear information to internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status and customer requests.

You bring
•    You have a first administrative experience or recently obtained a bachelor’s degree;
•    Experience or knowledge within transport, logistics, or supply chain is a strong plus but not required;
•    You are familiar with IT tools such as Excel, Outlook, and ideally WMS/TMS systems;
•    You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good command of English and/or French;
•    You are accurate, stress-resistant, proactive, and flexible, and willing to work in a night shift (22:00 - 06:00).
