Executive Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Administrative Assistant to join and strengthen our local team.

The role is to provide administrative support to the Managing Director of DSV Road Bulgaria.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating  with the management team on schedules, meetings and deadlines alignment;
• Collecting, reviewing and summarizing contracts and agreements to ensure all company and counterparty details are complete before signing;
• Gathering and maintaining paper archives, including letters from different departments to clients and institutions;
• Organizing travel logistics, booking hotel accommodations and maintaining organized records;
• Creating information slides and presentations upon request from the Managing Director or Management team;
• Maintaining correspondence and interdepartmental collaboration working closely to various teams to align processes  to ensure smooth workflows;

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Business Administration, Psychology or related education;
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
• Pro-active approach and willingness to take initiative;
• Excellent organizational skills and sense of flexibility;
• Results-oriented and focus on details;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken (min B2);
