Job Posting Title: Senior Key Account Manager

SUMMARY
The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing the assigned Key Account(s) for the branch as well as meeting the objectives of growth and profitability.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To take overall branch development responsibility of the assigned Key Account(s)
• To promote and sell solutions based on DSV Air and Sea product offering and analyse market trends
• To increase profitability, share of wallet by cross selling on all products and services
• Develop multi-level relationships between Key Account and DSV main stakeholders
• Coordinate and monitor all Key Account activities
• Identify other Supply Chain Solutions opportunities and develop and prepare strategic proposals in collaboration with the Manager
• Maintain updates on key accounts, in CRM tool
• Build and improve customer relationships, ensuring to address and resolve any key client concerns, involving internal teams as required.
• Lead MBRs/QBRs with key accounts
• Act as a team lead in supporting other key account managers on operational and administrative functions
• Ensure full adherence to DSV Global Sales Process
Quality, Health & Safety:
• Supports organizational commitment to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 certification – Montreal location
• Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment and follow all requirements as set out in the DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy.
• Staff are required to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability, Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
• Education in supply chain logistics, international transportation, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years prior Sales experience
• Minimum 7 years of international transportation industry experience or, account management experience
• CIFFA certificate, an asset
Skills and Competencies
• Good command, both verbal and written, English skills.
• Ability to create collaborative engagements and active listening
• Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
• Strong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externally
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, plan, prioritize and manage time effectively to meet goals and achieve results

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be authentic, approachable, open, and honest
• Act as a role model for DSV values and adhere to the Code of Conduct
Language and Computer Skills
• English is the principal language for this position, additional languages may be required in other locations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
• Microsoft Office suite
• Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, an asset
• CargoWise experience, an asset
Physical Demands
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Occasional travel may be required
• Regular working hours apply for this position, at times, working beyond these hours may be required by business needs.
