General Responsibilities
- To provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customer at all times
- Responsible for daily business learning and follow-up to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedure
Detailed Responsibilities
- Provide quotations of local charges to shippers/consignees for nominated business where necessary. Handle customer inquiry via phone, e-mail and face to face meeting
- Check and verify documents (perform due diligence) to ensure full compliance with DSV internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)
- Carry out approved proposed improvement / changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors, Execute the shipment booking by following the SOP and quotation
- Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors’ standards and services
- Handles customers’ inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues, Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers
- Prepare customers’ statistics and reports upon request, Process and create documents including but not limited to air waybills, warehouse advise, trucking orders, invoices and other docs which requested by customers
- Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices, Job costing
- Update Track and Trace systems, send shipping advice to overseas stations
- Take up additional tasks as assigned, Back up for other team members when necessary

- External –Customer; Subcontractors
Education & Working Experience
- College degree or above, major in logistics industry is preferred
- Honest, reliable and responsible. positive attitude under high pressure, problem solver
Skills & Knowledge
- Know how in air / ocean / logistics / SCM
- Skillful of PC & Internet, Good command of Mandarin and English
- Software Skills: PPT, Excel, Word
