Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Requirements Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and ensuring alignment with strategic IT and business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality software solutions, as well as conduct country-specific pre-deployment assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the definition of solution strategy and develop change proposals aligned with architectural guidelines.
Elicit and document requirements; assess them for clarity, completeness, and consistency.
Analyze impacts across other business domains and clarify implications.
Transform business requirements into system specifications for development.
Review solution concepts to ensure they meet business needs and gain stakeholder approval.
Communicate design and solution architecture to stakeholders and technical teams.
Conduct country analyses for local requirements (Pre-Deployment Assessments).
Prepare business test cases and contribute to integration testing.
Provide requirements for test, deployment, and support teams.
Required Qualifications
Operational experience in international air and/or ocean logistics.
Proven ability to write clear, testable, and unambiguous non-functional requirements.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Intercultural competence.
Preferred Qualifications
CPRE certification.
Professional knowledge in business analysis.
